1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Shoes that have been worn or altered.
  • Clearance, final sale, or personalized/customized items (unless defective).
  • Gift cards or digital downloads.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@dynamqfx.com or via our website contact form.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and preferred resolution (refund or exchange).
  3. Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to ship the item back.

Note: Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.
  • Risk of loss or damage during return shipping is the responsibility of the sender.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or a defective product.
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
  • For size or color exchanges, please follow the same return process and indicate the desired replacement in your RMA request.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@dynamqfx.com.
  2. Provide photos or descriptions of the defect/error.
  3. We will cover all return shipping costs and ship a replacement item as soon as possible.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return after delivery.
