Return Policy
At dynamqfx, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our Return & Refund Policy explains how you can return items and request a refund or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Shoes that have been worn or altered.
- Clearance, final sale, or personalized/customized items (unless defective).
- Gift cards or digital downloads.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at support@dynamqfx.com or via our website contact form.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and preferred resolution (refund or exchange).
- Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to ship the item back.
Note: Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.
- Risk of loss or damage during return shipping is the responsibility of the sender.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or a defective product.
- You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
- For size or color exchanges, please follow the same return process and indicate the desired replacement in your RMA request.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- Contact us immediately at support@dynamqfx.com.
- Provide photos or descriptions of the defect/error.
- We will cover all return shipping costs and ship a replacement item as soon as possible.
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return after delivery.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
